Our clients have always been happy with the finished project - a living space appropriately furnished, meticulously decorated, and a solid plan for gifting, storing, or selling the items that aren't able to come with them in their new home. Transition with Care has supported many of our new move-ins at Windsor Run. Communication from the kick start, to following up after services are completed has been great. Our new residents have been very pleased with the services they have received with downsizing support, packing, and unpacking.

Cindy Greer and her team at Transition With Care are amazing! I reached out to her to help with a client I am assisting with a move into an assisted living facility. He has no local family and was in nursing care at the time. Cindy was so responsive to my request for service, communicated quickly and efficiently with the client and his family, and the move of his belongings from his home into assisted living went so smoothly. They were right on track with timeline Cindy initially provided to me, and were able to make this happen quickly. The assisted living apartment was beautifully arranged and decorated with the client's personal items. Cindy even went out and shopped for a replacement lampshade for the client since the old one was damaged, to ensure everything was ready for move-in. Cindy's knowledge and expertise were invaluable to me, and to this client and family in making this transition go so well. I cannot recommend Transition With Care strongly enough and will definitely plan to work with them for any future needs!!
I RAVE about the job you did when I moved from Windsor Run in Matthews to Briar Creek Assisted Living in Charlotte in July! I was once again back in my old neighborhood within a couple of minutes from Corinne’s house in Charlotte which gives me great peace of mind, but Briar Creek and the Barkley weren’t here when I moved to Windsor Run in September of 2019!You moved me then, but I, literally, had nothing to do with the second move! Working with Transition With Care was an absolute dream. From my first inquiry phone call with owner Cindy Greer through her staff's assistance with the unpacking of my parents' boxes in their new senior center home, TWC's assistance was professional, seamless and so very helpful. I highly recommend its services.
I literally cannot say enough wonderful things about Transition with Care! Becky was our point person, and she was so responsive, kind, caring, and on top of everything. Our move-out team were Julie and Nina, and they were amazing! So fun to be around, worked so hard, and made sure mom's new space was perfect and felt like home. So thankful we found Transition with Care to orchestrate mom's move to assisted living. We will also be using them to clear out her old home, and I will update my review then. I expect I will have more great things to say!
In my law office, there have been numerous times when I have had a client who is moving into a nursing home and does not have family members living nearby to help with the move or the family is simply overwhelmed with all of the responsibilities of caring for their loved one. In these instances, I call Cindy and ask for help. I know I can trust her and her staff with my client's possessions. Everything is lovingly boxed and handled with care. They will treat your family like family.
