We are always on the lookout for new team members who will join us in our mission to support our clients throughout their move, doing everything in our power to relieve the stress and worry that comes with such an enormous change.
On the job you will be perform a variety of tasks required to prepare for and execute a move with the highest level of attention to detail and customer service. From packing and unpacking boxes to ensuring our client has their reading glasses and favorite book on their bed side table.
If you have a flexible schedule and enjoy problem-solving, we are looking for you! If you like to laugh and lift up your co-workers with your positive attitude, we need to meet!

In a nutshell, we are a senior move management company. We help folks, primarily empty nesters 55+ and their parents, move from one home to another. The process involves planning, packing, supervising movers, unpacking and decorating. It is a physical job that requires an attention to detail. It can be hard work, both emotionally and physically. But if you’re one of us, you’ll love it.
If hired, not only will you have the privilege of working for an A+ Accredited move management team in the Charlotte Metro area, we provide a paid training program and you will enjoy a flexible schedule, competitive pay, mileage reimbursement, and have the option to participate in our company match savings plan.
Positions are part time as needed to start with potential for advancement for ambitious people.
Qualifications:
- ability to receive/communicate schedules and assignments via text, email, and phone
- a positive and helpful attitude
- a clean background check
- organized and detail-oriented
- ability to lift 30 lbs
- reliable transportation and ability to travel up to a 30-mile radius of Charlotte city limits
- ability to work for 5 or more hours in a day
- ability to work independently as well as a coordinated team
